This self-care journal was specially created for our healthcare workers in Singapore. We have distributed about 19,000 copies to the healthcare workers here. We are selling our self-care journal at a nominal cost for members of public to gift their friends working in all kinds of healthcare settings. 

*Journal is A5 size and is printed on 100gsm woodfree paper. It has a total of 100 pages including front and back covers.
